The Tarot Guild

Tarot for the 21st Century!

My name is Jamie, I'm from a small area right by Olean NY which isn't far from Western NY. I have been reading Tarot for 2 1/2 years and came here to learn even more as well as connect with new people. Tarot for me has really opened me up to a lot of things I was once very unaware about and has helped me through very rough times. I'm very glad to be here and to meet all of you!

The deck that has helped me the most but took me awhile to get my hands on is the Robin Wood. I seem to connect to every card in the deck which makes it easier to connect and give way better readings. When I first started out I went out of the traditional rider waite style which probably slowed down my progress. The biggest help besides the Robin Wood deck is journaling more than anything. What was your very first deck? I have always been curious, and what would be your favorite?

Hi Jamie,

I got into the Tarot as I was going through a very hard time and went for a reading. I was taken aback by my readers comments and decided I would go and work on it myself. That very day I ordered books and decks and within a week or 2 I started the process of reading Tarot for my personal growth. Wow what a tool huh! Welcome to the Guild. It's a great place to hang out.
I'm actually glad it happened Victoria. Otherwise I may not be here, and LOVING the Tarot and the people I meet along the way. And let's not forget all the books, and decks, and Tarot bags and ...
Hello Jamie,

Welcome!
