The Tarot Guild Anthology, Vol #1

We are looking for submissions of any Tarot-related material that is previously unpublished or was published in limited distribution. These submission can be, but are not limited to, articles, reviews, spreads, discourses, fictional stories, interviews, jokes, artwork, cartoons, etc.

The Anthologies will be similar to the now defunct Tarot Readers from Llewellyn. All of us Tarot-Junkies lament their decision to stop publishing that annual. This is a great opportunity for new authors/artists to get their work published, and right next to some established authors. For established artists/authors, this is a great way to introduce new material, promote upcoming projects, and to keep your name and work fresh in the minds of your target audience.

All contributors will get ample room for a Bio and to promote their work.

Feel free to submit ideas and suggestions as well. We may put out a call in the future for an Editor, if Mark decides not to edit the Anthology himself. But Mark will be the "point man" for the project.

I have been working on some fiction stories, and considering doing a series of books (fiction and science fiction) that relate to tarot reading and divination. I am not clear what kind of publication you are describing as "The Anthologies." Is this going to be a magazine? I am an artist who aspires to be a published writer. My current plan has been to self publish the books as I have done with my tarot deck, but that plan is only to guarantee that my writing efforts will get published even if I have to do it myself on my own printer. I will also be designing the book covers with my own art. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
