Hi All! Thanks for the invite Katrina. I will be a little sponge and absorb as much as I can from everyone (especially you, my mentor.) As far as energy goes, all I know is that the more empathic you are, the more likely you are to get your energy sapped by negative forces, so insulation through psychic protection helps me.
