I can say that for the cost, it is almost a no brainer. Another one I like is Josephine Ellershaws Easy Tarot Kit. I bought this two years ago. The book is helpful and the cards are just gorgeous. I was going to do a one on one class with her but due to some sudden medical expenses I'm going to have to wait awhile for that one. Hopefully we will be going through the Biddy study at the same time & bounce ideas off each other!
