Marie Anne Adelaïde Lenormand was a great clairvoyant in the 18th and 19th century. It is not clear the year she was born (1768 or 1772), but in most sources the date may 21, 1772 shows up. Madame Lenormand was so devoted to her art that she used a custom 36 card…See More

Full Moon Mysteria

Posted on March 30, 2010 at 6:59pm 0 Comments

My favorite card has always been The Moon card, whatever the deck but The Deviant Moon Tarot deck tops them all with Patrick Valenza's rendition of the Moon, with gossamer strings coming down from a full moon and it's two characters dancing on the end of them like marionettes.…

Two Card Readings

Posted on January 18, 2010 at 12:30pm 0 Comments

{Every week on my blog Lizzie's Logic, I do what I call Tarot Tuesday where I usually pick one card and discuss what the interpretations may be but since I've been working on both Shadow Qualities and Elemental Dignities, I thought I would share my way of looking at two cards factoring in ED's along with keywords and intuition. For quite some time, it's been my morning routine to pull a card and think about what it's trying to tell me. It seemed to be getting difficult lately to connect with the cards so I decided to give myself a little refresher and see if by pulling two cards, I can get my inspiration going again.

This morning I pulled the Ten of Pentacles and the Page of Wands from my Universal Waite deck and tried reading them using elemental dignities instead of my usual keyword style. It seems that… Continue
