Anna Burroughs Cook said… Hello, Johanna,
Wow!! My daughter is a "lifer" in the USAF, presently stationed in Virginia, but she's been all over the world --except for Japan, which she SO wants to see! In fact her favorite assignment was South Korea where she spent 4 years!
Well, how do you do and welcome to the Tarot Guild! This is a great place for meeting new people and making new friends with whom you can exchange and experience new points of view, because we all share your interest in Tarot ! However since we’re also scattered throughout several time zones, please, don’t hesitate to begin a discussion on any topics that are of interest to you, or jump into any chat or discussions that appeal to you. Just don’t become discouraged if you don’t receive an immediate answer—and don’t be surprised if your reply comes from halfway around the world or from the town next to yours! As soon as we can, one of us is certain to respond to whatever you have to say, share or ask!!
Smiles,
Anna Cook

Johanna Van Winkle said… Hi, Jean! I enjoy the various shows on the Guild. I wanted to share my experience with angels..... My son was in the special forces. He had come down with Lyme Disease and was very sick with this for many months. My daughter-in-law is a physician's assistant and located a specialist in New York where he finally got the treatment he needed. I was worried more than usual about him going on a new mission. For some reason I started asking the angels to be in front of him, in back of him, above him and below him. I would pray this every morning and evening. He did get shot as he was jumping out of a helicopter chasing a "bad guy" in Afghanistan. The bullet was stopped from penetrating his abdomen from his hand cuffs he was carrying with him. I do believe that my prayers were answered. I had never felt such concern as I did on this mission and I don't know why I asked the angels to protect him......Thanks for the good work you and the Guild members do!
