A Tarot Enthusiast, A Deck Collector, A Tarot Author, A Tarot Professional
What is Your Favorite Deck(s)?
The Goddess Tarot...since I incorporate Dianic Wicca very strongly into my spiritual practice, I find I enjoy a unique connection to this deck. I have a healthy collection of decks, yet I'm always running across something new that I don't have and want. My husband often says, "Don't you have enough decks now?" I told him that tarot decks are like earings-- I can never have too many!
Who is Your Favorite Tarot Author(s)?
At this time, I'm promoting my own book, "Tarot: A Witch's Journey", available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Labyrinth House Publishing...so I better say "Me".... I also have a new book being launched May 25, 2012, by Moon Books, an imprint of John Hunt Publishing: "The Gray Witch's Grimoire".
Introduce yourself to the other Members and tell us a little about you:
I'm a professional psychic, tarot reader, author, occasional radio personality, webmaster (ladyamythyst.webs.com), and witch-- or "Spiritual Feminist".

Loved your article; and the way you wrote it, I could acutally visualize the changes occuring...thank gawds, too, I never did like wearing turbans. ;)"
With "The Gray Witch's Grimoire" you can empower yourself through ancient mysteries, secret rites, and magickal spells that leave the world of the mundane behind and nurture the wise-woman in us all.

The Personal Side:
I’m mostly just a woman entering Cronedom who’s raised a large family; tried to write at various stages of life; explored the spiritual world from all levels and at opposite ends of the spectrum; and tried finding myself through a series of relationships, only to arrive at the conslusion that you find yourself best when alone.
In the course of life, I’ve become a published author, an ordained clergy, a holistic healer through the world of reiki and chakra balancing. I’ve went from years of solitary practice as a witch alone to being the High Priestess of my own coven, discovering a wonderful group of Sisters along the way.
Life is a series of progressions, encompassed by changes at regular and irregular intervals, interspersed with periods of stagnation that may be viewed as calm by the optimist. I’m still searching for answers to life’s numerous questions. The one thing I do know for sure is that I’m not finished. I want to continue this journey with eyes open and all possibilities a reality waiting to happen.
My life is neither glamorous nor exotic– it consists of mountains of laundry, piles and piles of dishes, an often cluttered living space, lots of cats, heavy traffic, conflicting schedules, and always in the background– that wonderful steady ‘hum’ that is Life.
I’m a hit and miss housekeeper—mostly miss if you ask my husband, avid reader, rock hound, chocoholic, master procrastinator, dreamer and visionary, the typical ‘crazy cat lady’, organic gardener, and a very stubborn independent wife.
Below is the nitty gritty of who I am and what I do, written in ‘resume’ fashion. It lists my professional qualifications and practices, with a link:
I am a professional tarot reader, psychic, and clairvoyant. I use the intuitive method of reading the cards, and I'm the author of a book based on this practice, "Tarot: A Witch's Journey", published by Labyrinth House. I give online (email) tarot readings, as well as in-house readings at new-age shops, book stores, and corporate events. I give live radio readings, private telephone readings, and I also post video readings on Youtube and Myspace. I also offer live web-cam readings through Skype. Although the tarot is my favored form of divination, I also use the pendulum for dowsing.
I am a wildly eclectic, self-initiated, solitary Witch. I include in my practice of the Craft hoodoo, various aspects of Wicca—from a variety of traditions, philosophies of Dianic Wicca, Green Witchcraft, ceremonial magick/kitchen wytchery, as well as practices that I have developed for myself over the years and which I have found successful and fulfilling.
I am a legally ordained member of the clergy, receiving my ordination from The Church of Spiritual Humanism, by R. A. Zorger, on November 10, 2007; and I am a Reverend of the Universal Life Church, ordained on March 3, 2010, by Pastor Kevin Andrews. I chose the Wiccan title of ‘Lady’ as my professional clergical title. Currently, I am the High Priestess of the Coven of Bristolwicks, a closed, female only coven of 13 individuals. They are my Sisters, my equals, my friends, and my inspiration.
I am a Reiki practitioner, receiving my Reiki Level I Attunement from my closest friend and Reiki Master, which made the experience moving, incredibly meaningful and spiritually fulfilling. She, in turn, received her attunements from her grandmother. This is a fascinating world of healing and serenity, and I feel I will be a student of Reiki throughout this lifetime and many lifetimes to come. I also practice crystal therapy, herbology, and chakra balancing.
I am the creator/webmistress of The Witch’s Corner, where I have my online shops—Wytchy Wares, Enchanted Jewelry, and Creations by Isabella. At this website you will find information and links to books, rituals, sabbats, spells, and other topics that will help you on your Pagan path. You will also reconnect with the Mother Goddess. In the course of this endeavor, I’m also an artist, web designer, pagan activist, animal activist, paranormal investigator, and occasional radio personality.
