As an aged Care Nurse I Have the great privilage of working with patients that are ready to leave this wonderious world to move on to there next stage of life. I have the Hand that touches my face and says thank you. I have the hand that touches my face and says I love you, I have the hand that says please stay with me. I have the thanks from family that says " At least my mother/Father didnt die being on there own.
