Hi John,
Thanks for the nice words about my Tarot Talk appearance.

Unless there's another Tarotist with your name, I'm sure it was you. Did you have a website with this URL: http://www.globalserve.net/~ballantrae/

I do recall one conversation with you on TarotL where you suggested that I do a Tarot reading to find out what a particular card should mean to me. I put that suggestion and the reading I did as a result in my book, "KnightHawk's Tarot Readings" and in "Tarot Tells the Tale."

Anyway, nice to see you here.

PS: "Bro"? That's funny. Wonder who that was.

Yes, that was my old URL.
I don't remember saying that, but it sounds like the kind of thing I would have said.
The "Bro" might have been someone O'Neill?
The Tarot Guild seems like a pretty good place, and I'm looking forward to reading posts and comments from all members.
Yours,
John Ballantrae

I suppose we are always multitasking. One side of the other of the brain doesn't really operate solo.
HI John,

I'm moving this to your page, as I was afraid it might lead Paul's postings off topic.

While I understand your point on brainstorming, my response was, hmmm that's the left brain trying to hold on *grin*. Especially in groups, a lot of fast information and then sorting through it ideas works very well in those ways.

As to swords with earth....do you choose that for the metal/oriental aspect? If so, do you consider them things created when you are well grounded (metal "found" in the ground) or the beginning of water/tears as metal creates water? I can seee where swords would work very well way also.
