For many professional Tarot readers, cleansing their Tarot cards in between readings is important.   Many of you cleanse your cards after each private appointment or cleanse your cards between readings at psychic fairs and/or metaphysical expos.  For the Tarot professional who never thought to "cleanse" their cards or to the Tarot student, you're probably asking "why do you need to cleanse my Tarot cards?" or asking "what do you mean by cleansing my cards?"
