3C, Judgement, 4C - We are given daily directions on how to be perfect. White teeth, Bowflex in the den, the right car, and you can set the world on fire. The problem is, it just doesn't work. A lot of our power lies in the things we hate about ourselves. We take every opportunity to beat ourselves up because we are NOT PERFECT. Why not look at those things and see them as strengths? KingC, 4C, 6C - No matter what happens, no matter how hard we try, someone always steps out of the shadows and tells us we could have done more. No one is more toxic than a "frienemy" that is there to kick us when we are down. Unfortunately, in a lot of cases, the frienemy is me, myself, and I.
