2S, Star, 10S - A lot of people will tell you that they "never saw it coming" - be it a relationship breakup or getting fired or laid-off of a job. Not to make you paranoid, but you usually can "feel the energy change" in any situation. Ask! What's going on with you? How am I doing on the job? Listen/learn. Now sometimes other people involved WON'T be honest. But at least you know you did everything you could to improve the situation.
