Tarot for the 21st Century!

It never crossed my mind when I posted “Death Rides Shot Gun” that death was going to show up… quite literally.   Three times in fact, in a very short period of about 2 weeks.  They were all young, 45-47-51.   We, their friends, family, children, and parents have experienced (and are still  experiencing) despair to some degree.  The 9 of Swords looks like a long and dark night, but, there is light ahead.   That light is the tiny spark of hope that is a promise of comfort.  We can only hope that in time Peace will come to the survivors, but also to accept that they (the deceased) are now at peace.  One had been ill for quite awhile, one only for a short time, and the third was sudden and unexpected.  The sorrow that remains with those of us who knew and loved them, will change as time passes.  It may never go completely away, but given a chance it will change leaving us to still feel sad at their short lives and passing, but also to feel blessed that we had the privilege of knowing them.
