Hello Members! It's been a while since my last The Page - Guild News Update, but a lot has been happening. Many new exciting changes at The Tarot Guild! First, WELCOME to all our new members! The Guild Update has been sporadic lately, but usually comes out once a week. It will keep you informed of "what's happening" around the Guild. The latest Update can always be found at: www.Update.TarotGuild.com.

I've noticed that blog posting on the website is UP! That's great news. I am hopeful, as we gain more and more active members, heading into 2012, that we will see even more use of the blog and lots of great content! For new members, this is a great way to introduce yourself to the other members of the Guild. This is also a great way for ALL members to get more exposure. Tarot Guild blog posts are also sent out via our Twitter and Facebook and re-posted by others. This extends your reach 10,000 or more at least!

OFFICIAL TAROT GUILD MAGAZINE: In case you missed it, the November issue of the bi-monthly Attune Magazine is out. Attune is the official magazine of the Tarot Guild and many of the contributors are Guild members. It is published by our own Vice President of The Tarot Guild, Mary Nale and "The Bill". The next issues is due out in January. The theme will be, of course, "2012". Mary Nale is asking for submissions now. Got something to say about 2012? Or maybe you got some ideas rolling around in your head for articles on Tarot? ...or pretty much anything metaphysical. Get it down on the 'puter and send em off to Mary for submission!

John Alan is now a Staff Member. Welcome to the Staff John! John has recently started reviews of US Games decks. Us Games is sending him decks to review and he is publishing his reviews exclusively at The Tarot Guild. He will hopefully be expanding to other publishers as well.

HOLIDAY SHOW SCHEDULE:  Thursday is Thanksgiving here in the States and I will be traveling to Tucson, to spend it with my parents. As a result, there will be no radio shows on Tuesday evening, Thursday, or next Sunday.

We WILL however be having the Angel Mondays show, with Jean Maurie, tomorrow. We will also be broadcasting our show, Clicks N Mortar Radio - Online & Mobile Tools for Your Business, on Wednesday - with Deborah Frueh & myself. I will be broadcasting from Tucson! ;o)  There will also be a Rowdy Readers Show with Mary Nale & myself on Friday.

The normal schedule will resume on Monday, the 28th. Our new show names/schedule is: Angel Mondays - 4pm Eastern, TNT Tuesdays - 9pm Eastern, Clicks N Mortar - 2pm Eastern on Wednesdays, The Hollywood Insider - 9pm Eastern on Thursdays, The Rowdy Readers Show - 1pm Eastern on Fridays, and Tarot Today Radio, 1pm Eastern on Sundays.

CLICKS N MORTAR RADIO:  Deborah Frueh, on Staff as our Director of Social Media & Marketing - and creator of www.InternalWilderness.com, and I are are excited to announce the launch of Clicks N Mortar Radio - Online & Mobile Tools for Your Business! Started off as The Deb & Dax Show a few weeks ago, this show was created to provide our professionals (& anyone with a business, product or service of any kind) with the tools they need to promote & market themselves online & off, brand themselves, connect with 1000's more clients through social media, and keep up on the ever-changing landscape of social media & the internet.

This show has really taken off, with the most listens and archive downloads on the Tarot Today Radio network! So, we decided to change the name of the show and expand it. We are reaching out to all professionals and business owners. The show has it's own URL now: www.ClicksNMortarRadio.com, and we are building a custom Facebook Page for it as well.

We will soon be adding a lot of content to this Page, with previous shows, online tools for you and your business, and videos with tips, tricks and tutorials. NEW TAROT GUILD MEMBERSHIP:  The Tarot Guild website has officially become a membership only site. The Premium Membership has been replaced with a single Tarot Guild Membership for all members. This is GREAT NEWS! This means a small minority of members (the former Premium Members) will no longer have to pay a large fee for access to the premium content and will no longer be "footing the bill" for all the free content enjoyed by everyone else. This also means that all our members can help support their organization, The Tarot Guild, and get access to all our exclusive content, classes and services!!

Note: The former "Premium Members Group" has now become the "Guild Classroom" group.

We decided, in these hard economic times, to also make the new membership affordable to everyone:

The new Membership Fee is only $24! ($2/month!!)

What Does This All Mean...

NEW MEMBERS: New members requesting membership in The Tarot Guild will be sent to the Membership Information Page: www.Join.TarotGuild.com. Once they have paid the new membership fee, their profile will be "approved" and they will have access to all the exclusive content, upcoming classes, classes in archive and services.

CURRENT PREMIUM MEMBERS: Nothing will change for current PMs. You will continue to have the same access to classes and services. But GREAT news: When your current membership runs out, you will be able to renew at the new membership fee of only $24 a year! Many of the PMs memberships finish in December and January, so rather than having to shell out another huge fee, their renewal will be a fraction of the old PM fees. You can renew your membership for another year by going to: www.Join.TarotGuild.com. There is also a monthly option!

CURRENT FREE MEMBERS: If you are currently a "free" member on the Tarot Guild site, don't worry ...you have been "grand-fathered in" and can remain on The Tarot Guild website as a "free" member. But we are hoping most of our free members will want to help support The Tarot Guild and will take advantage of the new low membership fee, getting access to all our 40+ classes available instantly in archive, our 100's of live classes over the next year, and all our services.

CUSTOM FACEBOOK PAGES:  Last week we did an episode of Clicks N Mortar Radio, about Custom Facebook Pages (Listen Here: CUSTOM FB PAGES). We are continuing the discussion this coming Wednesday about how you can customize your FB business page, just like the big companies. In fact, you can create a whole mini-website on your Page, with any content, videos, images, audio, or widgets/apps that you can have on a website. We also talked about being "where your clients are" and building rapport with potential clients through social media.
