Trippy Dream with Hot and Sour Soup
I had the weirdest dream experience. I'm a little under the weather with a bit of a bug. So after gulping down some Chinese hot and sour soup, I decided to try a chakra meditation.
I placed my chakra stones (amethyst, lapis, sodalite, aventurine, citrine, carnelian, and red jasper) on my chakra spots and held a clear crystal in each hand and started deep relaxed breathing.
Must have fallen asleep at some point. Don't remember how it started, but I found myself in a dream. I was walking in a big museum type building with someone who I don't recall.
Then, I was in this big open room with large windows when one of the windows was blown out with a huge rush of this white and gold colored energy which filled the room with a sort of glowing yellow and white light. I remember looking up and noticing that there was no longer a roof over this room.
In the sky above was an endless computer memoryboard looking thing. It was huge with blue flashing screens like some sort of monitors and lights blinking along it. I couldn't see anything on the board clearly. I remember feeling a sense of awe. I was trying to figure out what the thing was.
And then I woke up. All I remember clearly was the rush of gold and white energy blowing the window and filling the room and the giant computer board thingy in the sky above... have no idea what it means...but it was totally trippy in a very cool way.
I'm going to try to go back to that museum type building and that room next time I meditate...I'll let you know what happens. Gonna try it without the soup next time.
If anyone else has seen this giant computer board thing in the sky or has thoughts on what it could be, I'd love to hear about it!

I am probably the most non ritual person you will ever met. I just do what feels right to me at the time and it does vary. To do anything different, would not be being true to myself. The Universe seems to understand completely. One needs to do something because intuitively it feels right to them

Wow - that's kind of like it was with me with meditation too - kept reading all these books which recommended certain diets and all this stuff you had to do to properly prepare and rituals etc... - never thought I could get to the place where i could do all of that stuff and be relaxed enouth and then after a while of practicing different techniques- realized that I was doing it even though i hadn't done everything they recommended :) it's kind of like tarot - you find your way doing it, I guess...

Everyone astral projects, even those that are NOT trying to or who have no clue that they are. Our soul can go anywhere during sleep, it helps rejuvenate us.
The problem is that there are authors that say you CANNOT astral travel without using their elaborate/etc. way to do it. Nonsense!!!

I think it was the first one - the Akashic records - I remember feeling like I wanted some sort of information - like I was going thru the museum looking for something.
And somehow I was led to the big room by my guide and it was a bit of a shock for the white and gold energy to explode thru the glass! Then the supercomputer appeared in the sky overhead and I was awed by how vast the computer thing was -but it was like I was in too much awe to see anything on the screens of this computer thing clearly and then I woke shortly afterward - still in awe- but I don't remember what information I wanted to begin with! lol
And I've been working on the fear thing, but know I still have some residual "heebeegeebees" -- I wonder if that is why I couldn't see who was with me... I just remember feeling comfortable with whoever it was.
I think at this stage, it's like I'm totally cool with seeing stuff and animals, but people's faces is another story still. But, I kinda feel like it was an introduction to something in a way. Like I was shown this thing so I would know it's out there and possible for me to see it. If that makes sense.
But - wow! Healing centers and crystal chambers! Now I want to see those too! Any tips on going there?
Also, I didn't mean to astral travel - is that ok? I've always been curious about it but worried that I'd mess it up and not get back or pick up something accidentally whilewas I "out there"... and I didn't do any of the stuff I've read you're supposed to do to astrally project --so how does it happen when you don't mean to?

Great astral journey that you took! Yes, you weren't "dreaming" you were astral traveling to the Other Side/Heaven/Nirvana/etc. The white light surrounded you to help protect you through your travel and the gold light is a major healing energy that surrounded you. Did you feel better after your journey??
You were with your Spirit Guide when you approached the museum type building. Your Spirit Guide was helping you get there. No - having a cold didn't help you astral journey. You were just ready to remember when you did. You've been tip-toeing around this for a few months because you've been so scared to communicate with spirits.
Yes, you could have been seeing one of two things:
1. You could have gone into the Akashic records room to review this lifetime or a previous lifetime's chart. Some people don't know that they can access the chart they created in past lives or can even get a glimpse of what to expect in this lifetime. Some people I've talked to see the Akashic records as a supercomputer, others see rolled up scrolls. Again, it's your perception that makes it a reality of the type of records you want to feel comfortable with when you look at them.
2. You could have been in one of the "healing centers" that also uses supercomputers to help "diagnose" you and to help heal you on the Other side. Some people like to go into the one that looks like a diagnostic center and others like the crystal chambers. Again, it's what your most comfortable with is how you will appear in either one.
So you have to think about which of the above most resonates with you - that will be your answer.
Let me know which one it is.
