Rest assured that there is nothing "unorthodox" concerning your technique as long as it works for you!  I think it's wonderful that you've taken the time to discover what works best to unleash YOUR intuition! That is something I always tried to impress upon my students, because  each of has our own "intuitive trigger", waiting to be unlocked. 

I'm so sorry to hear about that radiator leak! My hubby has purchased several decks for me, which I'm able keep in a huge dining room cupboard.

WOW! What a great idea you have concerning a Tarot that has a stronger influence. I'm certain it would be a big hit! After all Lo Scarabeo has the Universal Goddess Deck which celebrates female imagery --even the Kings are women! 

Sounds as if you have a great deal to contribute to the Guild! As I said before, don't hesitate to jump in on any discussions or chat that interests you! Depending upon your level of artistry , you may even find someone here to help you design or publish your Tarot deck whenever you're ready!
